A JEEPNEY dispatcher suspected of theft was shot down by unidentified motorcycle-riding gunmen outside a school near the skywalk at V. Rama Avenue, Cebu City at 4:30 pm Wednesday.

The 34-year-old victim was identified as Salem Tenebroso. SPO2 Ruth Bongo said they recovered from the crime scene three empty shells from a .45 pistol and another slug from an unidentified firearm.

Bongo said Tenebroso was just released from the National Bilibid Prison last year after serving time for theft charges.
