Rafael Pescos and Ruffa Sorongon topped the 20-kilometer race of the 447th Founding Anniversary Fun Run of the Cebu Provincial Capitol Sunday morning.
Official times of the runners were not available at press time.
The race started and finished at the Cebu Provincial Capitol grounds with around a thousand runners in attendance.
Prince Joey Lee placed second and Jayson Agravante third in the men’s side.
Lizane Abella and Marivic Mari placed second and third, respectively in the distaff side.
In the 10k race, winners were Ariel Saballa and Crisabel Cadion.
3k grassroots category top runners were Nyko Archival and Charity Binolatao.
All of the mentioned runners received cash prizes after the race.
