Capitol to implement ‘No Physical Contact’ policy at CPDRC for inmates’ visitors on Monday

The Cebu provincial government will implement a No Physical Contact policy between the inmate and his visitor when it will lift the suspension of family visitation privilege in the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center this Monday.

The inmate and the visitor will meet in a cubicle where they are separated by the cubicle wall with a screen.

In the past visitors of the inmates were allowed to meet at the jail facility’s quadrangle.

This time with the new policy, the visitors will stay instead in the visitors’ area where the cubicles are set up.
