MORE than 85 bar and club owners of Cebu City signed an agreement to support the Cebu City police’s campaign against illegal drugs during a half-day dialogue at the Crown Regency Hotel in Guadalupe, Cebu City Wednesday morning.

The agreement spelled out guidelines and policies for the maintenance of “drug- free” business establishments.

Bar and club owners also raised their concerns to Senior Supt. Joel Doria, Cebu City police chief. Doria said crime incidence in the city went down by 15.2 percent from July 1- August 31.
