Traffic enforcer shot dead in Carcar City

A 56-year-old traffic enforcer was shot dead by two motorcycle-riding men in Carcar City, south Cebu at past 5 p.m. on Monday.

SPO2 Erving Avila of the Carcar police precinct identified the victim as Maximo Bustamante, who was headed home on board a motorcycle when the suspects shot him.

Bustamante was rushed to the hospital but failed to make it.
