A 39-year-old drug suspect died after he was shot while driving a motorcycle along Sitio Kamanggahan, Barangay Tabok, Mandaue City on Sunday evening.
Dave Mark Velasquez, a job order employee of Tabok barangay hall, died instantly after sustaining two gunshot wounds in the body.
Initial investigation conducted by the elements of Basak Police Station revealed based on witnesses account that the victim was driving his motorcycle and slowed down upon reaching a corner of Sitio Kamanggahan, when the backrider of another motorcycle shot him from behind.
