USC Cebuano Studies Center to hold ‘Translation: Beyond Basics’ seminar

The University of San Carlos (USC) Cebuano Studies Center, in cooperation with Inotherwords Incorporated, will conduct a seminar-workshop titled “Translation: Beyond Basics” for teachers and aspiring translators on October 14 and 15.

Translation: Beyond Basics aims to capacitate its participants in the theories and skill of translation to enable them to efficiently translate lessons or translation projects.

The speakers are renowned practitioners in translation studies, namely, Dr. Ralph Semino-Galan, Dr. John Iremil Teodoro and Fr. Albert Alejo.

The seminar-workshop has a limited slot for only 50 participants.
