IT’S the end of the road for Filipino racquet wielder John Bryan Otico as he lost to Italian Liam Caruana, 6-1, 6-1, in the quarterfinal round of the Osaka Mayor’s Cup – World Super Junior Tennis Championships yesterday in Osaka, Japan.

The loss was the second consecutive for Otico, who also stumbled in the doubles division together with Cebuano partner Arthur Craig Pantino on Thursday.

Both Pantino and Otico will try to rebound from their lackluster performances this week as they travel to Nagoya, Japan today for the Dunlop Srixon Japan Open Junior Tennis Championships 2016. The tournament starts Tuesday.
