Is trick or treat just for kids?

IT was believed that trick-or-treat started as an imitation of All Souls’ Day, where the less fortunate would beg for food. Richer families would give these individuals pastries in return for prayers. In the new age, trick or treat on Halloween has become 2nd most commercially successful holiday, after Christmas. It has become an activity for kids ages 12 and below, to visit on homes to collect on treats during all Soul’s Day.

To savor the Halloween celebration, 10 Dove Street Confectionery, is having a trick or treat for kids and kids at heart from Oct. 24- Nov. 2. 10DC is giving away free treats for all customers to enjoy, apart from the spooky and delicious Halloween cakes and pastries.

At 10 Dove Street Confectionery, trick or treat is for everyone! Visit us at Oakridge Business Park in A.S. Fortuna St. Banilad, Mandaue City or call us 032-343-4042 to avail of our Halloween offerings. /PR
