SM2SM Run set in February
SM City Cebu and the soon to open SM Seaside City Cebu are proud to announce the staging of the much-awaited SM 2 SM Run on February 16.
Now on its fourth year, SM 2 SM Run IV targets 4000 runners to join the race which will start and end in SM City Cebu. The run will pass through the South Road Properties going to the Chapel of San Pedro Calungsod and to SM Seaside City Cebu, the newest project of SM Prime Holdings, Inc. in Cebu.
Race categories will feature the 3K, 6K, 12K, and 21K run. Highlighting the race categories are the 21K and 12K Couples Run where married couples are encouraged to join. Timing chips will also be provided to all 21K and 12K runners. Gun time is at 5AM for the 21K runners, 5:15AM for the 12K runners, and 5:30AM for the 6K and 3K runners.
Registration fee is at P750 for 21K, P600 for 12K, and P350 for 6K and 3K. Registration fees for 21K Couples Run is at P750 per person, and P600 per person in the 12K Couples Run. Registration is on-going at the first level of The Northwing.
Awarding of SM2SM Run winners will happen at the Northwing Atrium where premium items from mall tenants and other sponsors will be raffled off. All finishers will receive an eco-friendly bag from SM City Cebu filled with goodies.
SM2SM Run IV is for the benefit of CENEWOF, Cebu City Task Force for Street Children, and the house building efforts for typhoon Yolanda survivors.
SM2SM Run IV is also supported by the Cebu Newspaper Workers Foundation,Inc. (CENEWOF), and media partners – Sunstar, Cebu Daily News, and The Freeman.
