Osmeña accepts Rama’s challenge but wants test done according to his terms

In response to former Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama’s challenge, Mayor Tomas Osmeña said he accepts Rama’s challenge but it should be done according to his terms.
Rama called for a press conference on Friday morning at the Rama Ancestral House in Barangay Basak San Nicolas in Cebu City challenged the mayor to a ‘one-on-one’ drug test on Saturday.
“I’m agreeable to this. But he cannot dictate to me what time,” said Osmeña in an interview with reporters at the City Hall on Friday noon.
He said he won’t show up at Plaza Independencia tomorrow (Saturday) where Rama wants to have the one-on-one drug testing.
Osmeña also added that he doesn’t think laboratories that use hair as sample can quickly make an arrangement to do the drug test on Saturday.
