AppleOne Properties, Inc. (API) achieves significant milestones for the first quarter of 2017.
Right on schedule, AppleOne Properties, Inc. (API) held the topping-off ceremony of its Tower 3 and Mansionette 1 at AppleOne Banawa Heights together with the launching of the community’s Central Amenity area, which features the multi-function gazebo, retail shops, full-sized basketball court, playground, swimming pool and fountain. The occasion was made even more special with the gift-giving activity for the children of the Franciscan Children Foundation.

In February, AppleOne partnered with SM for its “SM2SM” Fun Run. A total of 7,000 participants joined the run which included 65 from AppleOne’s sales team and business partners and its affiliated companies. AppleOne gave away string bags with freebies for 2,000 runners.

Still in February, AppleOne owners and executives: Venus H. Manigsaca, Ray G. Manigsaca, Joy C. Veloso and Engr. Antonette B. Barriga travelled to Bangkok to meet with John Hearns, Vice President for Global Residential Operations for Marriott International to discuss progress with The Residences at the Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort, a development of AppleOne Mactan Inc.
