Murder charges against suspect in election exec’s death

MURDER charges were filed against the suspect in the death of an election officer in Barili town, southern Cebu at the Cebu Provincial Prosecutors Office at 4 pm Thursday.

Escorted by policemen, Mario Timagos was presented at the Cebu Provincial Prosecutors Office a day after he surendered to police.
