Fisherman jailed, accused of raping teen

A 46-YEAR OLD fisherman stands accused of raping a teenage girl near his home in Bantayan, Cebu last July 11.

Mariolito Rayco is suspected of raping a 19-year old girl in November 2016.

Rayco is now detained at the Bantayan police precinct pending the filing of charges against him.
