Netizens were mixed over reports on the sexual assault case filed against Tawag ng Tanghalan Champion Noven Belleza.
Josefina Tulabing Catubay posted that the public should monitor the case.
“We should see how the case goes because all those who commented here are either right or wrong because we do not know what happened. We just hope that the whoever is at fault will be revealed,” she said in Cebuano.
Another Facebook user Einegs Dee accused the local media of making up stories on the incident. “You are making up stories to make you popular. If it were true, why is it not aired on TV. Reveal the identity of the girl.”
While another netizen Archie Vallente Cuyacot said the case against Belleza was a “setup.” “Binabayaran siguro ng malaki ung babae para siraan lang si Noven (I believe this is a setup against the TNT champ. The girl might have been paid to damage Noven’s name).”
