Drug surrenderer killed in Barili buy bust op

A 24-YEAR old drug surrenderer was killed during a buy bust operation in Barangay Pancil, Barili town on Tuesday morning.

Ryan Avancena was shot dead after he tried to shoot one of the police involved In the operation, according to SInsp. Jose Acupinpin of Barili police.

Avancena was brought to Barili District Hospital but was declared dead on arrival.

Police recovered eight small sachets of shabu and one empty shell of .45 pistol.
