A MAN who suffered from stage 3 colon cancer decided to commit suicide by shooting himself inside his rented room at Barangay Duljo-Fatima, Cebu City at dawn last Tuesday.
Fernando Ceñerez was found naked on his bed with a revolver on his left hand and a gunshot wound on his head by his landlady, Dannlyn Garuphil.
Garupil said she was sleeping with her family when she was awakened by the gunshot wound from the second floor of the house where Ceñerez was staying.
Garupil said Ceñerez talked about taking his own life in the past because of his stage 3 colon cancer.
