Shabu, cell phone, Nubain found in inmate’s cell
TRACES of shabu, several capsules of the illegal drug Nubain and one cell phone were discovered inside the cell of an inmate with alleged connections to drug dealing detainees at the New Bilibid Prison.
Senior Supt. Joel Doria, Cebu City police chief, said they received information that inmate Archie Abellana dealt in drugs with a detainee from the New Bilibid Prison and last Wednesday evening’s raid at his cell proved their report.
Abella admitted that his uncle is detained at the New Bilibid prison but denied selling drugs inside the Cebu City jail.
