38 suspects, P293K shabu seized in Danao City

ABOUT 38 suspected drug pushers and users were arrested and P293,000 worth of shabu was seized in several anti-drug operations in Danao City since Friday afternoon.

Police implemented the so-called “Oplan Limpyo Danao” in Barangays Tabac, Camaligbato, Masdan Maslog, Taytay, Poblacion and Hi-way Looc in Danao City from 1 p.m. last Friday until Saturday dawn.

Jeny Alerta, Jeffrey Capuno, Jovenal Buot, Jonnel Norio, Fritzel Amore, Andrew Buot and 12 other alleged drug peddlers were apprehended by police along with 20 suspected users.

Seized from the suspects were packs and sachets of shabu worth P293,560 and assorted drug paraphernalia.
