A motorcycle driver sustained injuries after he was hit by a car driven by an American national at the South Road Properties in Talisay City on Saturday night.
Owen Paguia was heading towards Cebu City when he sideswiped by the car of Mark David Chase.
Paguia, 43, was rushed to a hospital in Cebu City.
The 49-year old foreigner pledged to pay all the medical bills of Paguia.
PO2 Carlos Dicdican of Talisay City PNP said the victim refused to file a complaint against Chase.
