A Mandaue City police officer died after his gun accidentally went off early morning on Thursday, August 24.
SPO1 Victor Ayuman suffered a gunshot wound on his chest inside his room around 4 AM on Thursday.
Ayuman was formerly assigned in Cebu City Homicide Section.
SPO2 Rommel Bangcong, homicide investigator, said they are still conducting further inquiry on Ayuman’s death.
