GLOBAL CEBU EYES VENGEANCE VS STALLIONS LAGUNA

GLOBAL Cebu FC tries to get back at the Stallions Laguna FC when both meet in a Philippines Football League (PFL) game on Wednesday at the Rizal Memorial Stadium.

Global Cebu lost to the Stallions, 1-2, in their previous meeting last Aug. 25 in Biñan, Laguna.

In their first meeting here at the Cebu City Sports Center, Global Cebu won, 3-0.

Global Cebu FC is currently in third place in the standings with 34 points.

Kaya Makati FC beat Ilocos United FC, 1-0, last Sunday to retake second place with 35 points. FC Meralco Manila continue to lead the standings with 41 points.

After Laguna, Global Cebu will next face Ceres Negros FC at the Panaad Stadium in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental on Sunday.
