SUSPECTED shabu worth P269,600, drug paraphernalia and various firearms were seized from a fish trader in Badian, southwest Cebu, whom police tagged as a level 1 drug pusher in a joint operation conducted Friday morning.

After a two-month surveillance, members of the Badian Police Station, Provincial Intelligence Branch, Provincial Public Safety Company and the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit led by Police Superintendent Joie Yape Jr., chief of the Provincial Intelligence Branch, swooped down on the house of Antonio Gomez Pimentera, 58, in Barangay Lambog, after a poseur buyer confirmed the presence of drugs there.

Two medium packs and one small pack of suspected shabu with an estimated Dangerous Drugs Board value of P141,600 and the P500 marked money were seized from Pimentera in the 11:30 a.m. raid.
