TRANSPORT STRIKE

Netizens were relieved over the government’s announcement to suspend classes and work for today’s scheduled transport strike.

Our president is good he gave an opportunity to those who wished to strike so long as they don’t MAKE TROUBLE that’s it).”

Another netizen who goes by the handle RW said, “Yan ang pamahalaan! It takes action whenever there are strikes so the public won’t be inconvenienced. It would be quite inconvenient for us if we reported to work and there’s nothing to ride in. The Duterte government’s action is worth commending. And to those joining the strike, may you change to make the country better).”

Another netizen, Margie Billante wrote, “Mka pahenga tlaga tyo nito gang (We can take a rest).”
