Seven Korean police officials from the Chungnam Provincial Police Agency arrived in Cebu for a three-day visit in Central Visayas Tuesday.

They were led by Senior Supt. General Kim Jae Won, chief of the Chungnam Provincial Police Office along with Senior Supt. Sohn Jon Guk, Senior Supt. Kim Jin Tae, Supt. Seo Chang Seon, Insp. Hoi Sei Young, Asst. Insp. Kim Jun Hak and SPO Kim Seong Hun.

The Korean police made a courtesy call to Chief Supt. Jose Mario Espino, chief of the Police Regional Office 7 (PRO-7). Espino said the Korean police officials will visit some police precincts in the region.

Espino said he hopes the visit will promote and further enhance ties between the Korean and Philippine National Police.
