GOLDEN Prince Hotel & Suites rolled out a special buffet called Fujian: Flavors of Southern China last October 26.
The food festival was a collaboration between Golden Prince’s Le’Mon Restaurant and Xiamen’s Lin Jia Restaurant in celebration of the Cebu-Xiamen Friendship Day – an annual event held on the 26th of October that started back in 2015 and is initiated by Philippine Consul General Julius Caesar A. Flores.
Some of the Fujian dishes featured in the buffet will be part of the Golden Prince’s Le’Mon Restaurant Chinese menu cycle.
