Peaceful Charter Day event for Dumaguete City

Dumaguete City concluded its 69th Charter Day celebration last Saturday on a peaceful note, the police said Sunday.

Supt. Jonathan Pineda, Dumaguete City police chief, said there were no untoward incidents recorded during the two-day celebration and traffic flow was generally smooth.

He said 81 motorcycle riders were caught for various traffic violations.
