Land Asia meets demand for competent Real Estate practitioners

Philippine and U.S.-licensed realty Land Asia Realty & Development Corporation meets growing demand for licensed and well-trained real estate practitioners by using a modular educational system and hands-on training based on international real estate standards.

With modules from the U.S. covering topics like condo metrics and online marketing, Land Asia aims to equip their team with the right conduct and methods of promoting real estate properties online and communicating with clients effectively.

Land Asia Chairman Ricardo Inting, who is also a licensed real estate practitioner in the U.S., emphasizes the importance of this kind of education and training in order to prepare local practitioners for the full implementation of the ASEAN integration.

Land Asia also commits to its vision of establishing 50 offices nationwide in order to meet demands in other regions.

Land Asia currently has 17 offices located in Cebu, Davao, Baguio, Quezon, Makati, Batangas, Palawan, Ilo-ilo, Bacolod, Ormoc, Bohol, Dumaguete, CDO, Butuan, and Tagum.

Tech-savvy Land Asia also equipped its offices with computers for their team’s use and a database with their team line-up, details of projects sold and other information on their sales progress.

As of October 2017, Land Asia has 12,000 accredited agents in Cebu.
