FILIPINOS will soon have the chance to get a glimpse of Miss Universe 2017 Demi Leigh Nel-Peters. Frontrow Philippines, on its official Facebook page confirmed on December 3, that it is hosting a fashion show to be attended by the newly crowned Miss Universe.

“Yes! It’s official! A MOST BEAUTIFUL FASHION SHOW in the Universe is about to happen! Reigning Miss Universe 2017 Demi Leigh Nel Peters (Ms. South Africa),” the post reads.

Nel-Peters, 22, is a South African model who finished Business Management. She won the Miss Universe 2017 title last November 27 in the pageant held in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

She is the second South African beauty queen who brought home the Miss Universe crown after Margaret Gardiner in 1978.

Nel-Peters succeeded Miss Universe 2016 Iris Mittenaere from France.

The official Facebook page confirmed that Mittenaere and some candidates in this year’s Miss Universe pageant are joining the fashion show.

Also expected to arrive in the country are the ladies from Canada, China, Great Britain, India, Korea, Italy, Malaysia, Netherlands, Russia, Singapore, and the USA.

They will start arriving on December 5 and will be in the country until December 10. They will visit Batanes, Bohol, Camiguin and Manila.

Frontrow Philippines also shared this post from @missuniverse, “Get excited! The reigning #MissUniverse @DemiLeighNP, #MissUniverse 2016 Iris Mittenaere and some of this year’s contestants will be walking in a #MissUniverse Fashion Show sponsored by @FrontRowPHoff!”
