PRO-7 aims for zero firecracker-related injury during New Year’s Eve
Use firecrackers in designated areas to avoid getting arrested, says Police Regional Office in Central Visayas (PRO-7)
Supt. Reyman Tolentin, PRO-7 information officer said they aim zero to minimal injuries due to firecrackers on the New Year’s celebration.
Tolentin said police are going to strictly implement executive order no. 28, otherwise known as the order providing regulations and control of the use of pyrotechnic devices.
Those caught violating will be arrested, said tolentin.
“Those who will be arrested for violating EO 28 will be detained for six months.
