The City Central School Administration on Tuesday said that Sinulog Foundation’s maintenance staff are still dislodging the school’s septic tanks hours before the expected arrival of the out-of-town contingents.

School Principal Lyra Illagan said the maintenance staff’s visit came late, considering in the past Sinulog the dislodging of septic tanks, installing of additional lights and checking of electric lines were being done as early as December.

More than 1,000 from the town of Leyte, Bohol and North Cotabato are expected to occupy 60 classrooms from January 17 to 22, hence the classes suspension, Illagan added.
