4th most wanted in Talisay caught

TALISAY City police arrested the fourth most wanted criminal in the city Wednesday evening.

Supt. Marlu Conag, Talisay City police chief, said Joel Tarnate, a resident Sitio San Antonio in Barangay Linao, Talisay City had a standing arrest warrant issued against him for carnapping and robbery charges.

Tarnate is also said to be part of the Caprida criminal syndicate operating in Talisay City’s south area.
