WHAT happened to Ellen Adarna’s Instagram account?
Netizens were surprised last Thursday after Adarna’s Instagram account @maria.elena.adarna with 3.2 million followers was no longer available.
Speculations surfaced that the Cebuana actress deactivated her Instagram account.
Adarna made the headlines after her relationship with actor John Lloyd Cruz became public following their controversial trip to Bantayan Island in September last year.
They have yet to confirm rumors of the actress’ pregnancy.
While Adarna’s official Instagram account remains unavailable, some netizens began following a private account with the Instagram handle @ellenmgadarna.
It is not confirmed if this is indeed the actress’ account.
It had 47,800 followers as of 7 p.m. last night and was following Cruz’s public Instagram account (@ekomsi).
Cruz, however, was not following @ellenmgadarna but a new private account with the name AE (@emg.a).
The @emg.a account, which bears Adarna’s initials, had 7 posts and 21 followers. It was following 26 accounts, including Cruz’s and two of Adarna’s close friends, Doreen Ting and actress Beauty Gonzalez.
