The Prosperity Hotpot offers an array of fresh ingredients such as meat, seafood, and vegetables all cooked together in a delicious soup. There are three options for the soup: ginseng, spicy, and curry.
Crispian Ho, the Food and Beverage Manager of Waterfront Mactan, along with the Executive Chef Marcelo Tesalona, created this Chinese inspired dish with the goal of introducing food from different cultures to the Filipino community while preserving Filipino cuisine by choosing specialty dishes from the different Philippine provinces and serving them in the buffet.
