HOMEOWNERS will now be able to experience comfortable home living in an eco-friendly environment with Sterling Land Residences and Development Inc.’s introduction of the newest addition to their Mass Housing Development, the Santa Isabel Estate.

Located in Barangay Ocaña in the city of Carcar, the 1.2-hectare development is composed of 213 residential houses with one-bedroom and two-bedroom units with an average lot size of 35 sq.m and a floor area of 25.75 sq.m.

With the project, the company presented a new concept called “Eco-Value Living” which provides a new kind of sustainable lifestyle through a community design that is integrated with the natural environment with greeneries, parks and playground, community facilities such as a clubhouse and open pavilion, environment-related utilities such as water cisterns, water treatment facility, and material recovery facilities, pocket gardens with native plants, and pedestrian pathways.

The concept is derived from three words: ‘Eco’ which stands for economic, meaning affordable, and ecological, with the introduction of innovative construction methodology aiming to reduce carbon footprint. ‘Value’ meaning the value-added features to the housing project with the company’s Holistic Development Concept that takes care of the environment, the people, and the community; and ‘Living’ which refers to the new kind of lifestyle that awaits the homeowners.

Sterling Land aims to provide residents with a peaceful and secure neighborhood where families get to “experience good life” as it is their belief that developing communities means creating “concepts with dignity, designs with integrity, and profits with generosity.”

The development is expected to be completed by 2022.
