Tweak work scheds, implement number coding, limit car sale to minimize traffic
To address traffic woes, Jonathan Tumulak, focal person of the Cebu Provincial Traffic Management, urged owners of companies in Cebu City to come up with alternate work schedules or to allow a four-day work week.
He said companies can come up with other schedules other than the usual 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. work period.
He also proposed a number coding scheme for private vehicles, and to limit the sale of cars.
