ANOTHER team competing in the Cebu Governor’s Cup 2018 Inter-Cities/Municipalities Basketball Tournament automatically lost a game for wearing the wrong set of uniform.

Sogod suffered an automatic forfeiture of their match against the visiting Tudela at the Sogod Municipal Gym last Saturday evening, just a night after Carmen suffered the same fate against Danao at the Mandaue Cultural and Sports Complex.

It was expected to be an easy win for Sogod, considering that Tudela just came from a 60-point rout to San Francisco last Friday evening in Borbon town.

Because of this development, Sogod dropped to 0-2 (win-loss) while Tudela improved to 1-1.

Meanwhile, Poro picked a second win as it waylaid Catmon, 83-76.

Rod Ryan Digal scored a game-high 25 points for the Poro, which currently leads North Division Bracket 2.
