IT’S ABOUT THE ROAD?

By: MAO BA? May 27,2018 - 08:50 PM

Netizens continue to argue on social media for or against the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project, especially after the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) on Saturday lent its voice in favor of the implementation of the project, regardless of who will do it — the
Department of Transportation (DOTr), the Cebu City government or any other entity.

Athan Natha Opawix commented, “Why can’t they understand that the
issue is not the project itself! It’s the road! The road is too small for this! How can you be so hardheaded to understand that cars don’t reduce but rather multiply! Please think ahead! Think of the future settings… think in advance and think outside the box!.”

While Boncales L. SaintSacred wrote, “Mas maayo og naay BRT og naa say LRT.” (It’s better to have BRT and LRT).
