P2M worth kitchen equipment donated to Lapu College

More than P2M worth of kitchen laboratory and equipment were turned over to the Lapu-Lapu City College Hospitality Management Department on Saturday afternoon (June 9).

The donation was given by the Mactan Isla Resort and Casino through Mactan Isla Cares Foundation.

Mactan Isla Resort and Casino executive director Mr. Son Byung Cheon said that he hopes the equipment will last longer and benefits more students.

He also hopes that more students will be successful in their studies through the new equipment.

Lapu-Lapu City Mayor Paz Radaza thanked Mr. Son Byung Cheon and the officials of Mactan Isla Resort and Casino for being kind and generous.

At least 230 students are currently taking up Hospitality Management at Lapu-Lapu City College.
