ROSE PHARMACY will organize a benefit run dubbed The Cancer Warriors Run 2018 on July 28 at the Cebu Business Park.

The run got its name from its beneficiary organization – Cancer Warriors Foundation Inc., which aims to help kids and adolescents with cancer get medication, education and support for both the children and their families while battling the disease.

While this is the first time that Rose Pharmacy organized such event for the organization, it is not its first time it supports kids with cancer. Rose Pharmacy supported Cancervants, also an organization of child cancer advocates in the past two years.

Registration started last June 1 and will end on July 27. Registration forms are available in any Rose Pharmacy Cebu branch and claiming of singlets will be at the Guardian Kiosk of the Ayala Center Cebu.

Cancer Warriors Run is made possible with the generous support of its 10 partners namely Guardian, My Daily Collagen, Salonpas, Poten-Cee, Safeguard, C2 drink, Flanax, Nestlé, Ritemed and Selecta. They are the 10 teams for the run.

Those who registered and will register get to choose which of the 10 teams they want to be in. The singlet color is different per team. There’s Nestlé – Yellow, Salonpas – Dark Blue, Poten-Cee – Dark Green, My Daily Collagen – Teal, Flanax – Purple, C2 drink – light green, Ritemed – White, Safeguard – Light Blue, Selecta – Red and Guardian – Orange.

The run will have 3-kilometer, 5km and 10km categories. Dance Diva Regine Tolentino will be leading the cool-down exercises after the run.
