A relative of Cebu City Vice Mayor Edgar Labella was shot to death during a pot session at 1 p.m. yesterday.

SPO4 Alex Dacua of the Cebu City police said Rolan Colina was found lifeless on the floor inside a room at barangay Day-as by the barangay Sambag Dos Emergency Response Team. He was found with gun shots on his head and on his back.

Dacua said the house was owned by a certain Leonidas Toras and Colina argued with someone before he was shot to death. Jolan Flores aka “Olay” and Emmanuel Richard known by his alias “Pa-Choy” were linked to the shooting.

The three had a pot session minutes before the shooting. Colina served an eight-year sentence for drug and carnapping cases. The victim’s remains is interred at the Sure Life Funeral Homes.
