Sundance Residences inks partnership with ASEC
Now that the excavation phase has been completed, Cebu’s first child friendly residential development, Sundance Residences moves into the early stages of construction with the laying of its structural foundations. For this integral stage in construction, World Wide Central Properties Inc (WCPI) has enlisted the expertise of general contractor ASEC Development and Construction Corp.
Established in 1993, ASEC Development and Construction Corp has under its belt a wide portfolio of commercial buildings, educational institutions, hotels and resorts, residential structures, and public infrastructures all over the country. With these agreements in place, Sundance Residences is all set for its concrete pouring by mid-June 2014, ahead of its scheduled timeline.
Present at the contract signing were WCPI President and CEO Engr. Alan Kent Ong, VP for Marketing Sharon Ong, World Wide Steel Group Inc. founders Francisco and Lina Ong, ASEC President Maria Teresa Y. Esquivel, and ASEC AVP Rowell I. Angeles.
As the pioneering venture of the proudly homegrown World Wide Steel Group Inc., Sundance Residences takes pride in ensuring that the development has every convenience a modern family needs within reach, thus ensuring quality time is spent with family. The project focuses on child-friendly and family-centered amenities while being comfortably distant from the busy streets of the central business district and its crowds.
Conveniently located along the hills of Banawa, Cebu City, Sundance Residences will feature a professionally managed Day Care Center, and other child-friendly establishments like music, dance, language and arts schools, as well as tutorial centers. A Commercial strip will also be in place to ensure that the family’s needs are met within the perimeters of the community.
Sundance Residences is set to welcome you home by 2015.
