NBI aide nabbed for hitting passenger

An employee of the National Bureau of Investigation was arrested for allegedly mauling a passenger inside a jeepney.

Ruel Caballero, an admin aide and resident of Pitalo, San Fernando town was brought to Parian police precinct after he hit 31 year old passenger Ronilo Catalan using a revolver.
