The Philippine Science Centrum in partnership with the Philippine Foundation for Science and Technology launched a hands-on Science Center Exhibit at Parkmall, Mandaue City yesterday.

The exhibit offers six galleries and 40 science displays as part of the activities for Mandaue City Business Month which culminates with the City Charter Day on Aug. 29.

Dr. Vivien M. Talisayon, former director of the University of the Philippines – National Institute of Science and Mathematics Education Department (UP NISMED), said visiting the exhibit would stimulate the students’ interest in science.

For a P50 admission fee, anyone can enjoy what the exhibit has to offer said Edmund C. Monisit, Parkmall’s senior marketing officer.

“We wanted to offer something new. This is not just for students but also adults and families who want a good time to bond,” he said.
