Raids net 3, p300k worth of Shabu

SIMULTANEOUS raids led to the arrest of three persons and the confiscation of suspected shabu worth at least P300,000 in Mandaue City early morning yesterday.

Police said Eduardo Abellar, 42, was caught in the act repacking suspected shabu in his house in sitio Bacuston, barangay Umapad.

Police seized four medium-sized and 132 small packs of suspected shabu from the suspect’s house.

The seized illegal drugs were estimated to cost P280,000.

Also arrested were Jose Noel, 28, and Edmund Atillo, 39, and seized packs of shabu worth P110,000 from them.

Police recovered two medium-sized packs believed to contain shabu and drug-sniffing paraphernalia from the house of Comiso in barangay Cubacub.
