The Contempo Property Holdings Inc., a real estate development company that is in the pursuit of shaping communities of affordable homes, launches its newest affiliate at the 14 LifeFGU Tower: the Sunberry Homes, Inc. This promising project will be CPHI’s arm in addressing the demand in the lowend market for socialized and economic houses.
Soon to rise on a 2.5hectare subdivision at Soong, Mactan, Lapulapu City, the newest community that shall be named Sunberry Homes will provide a quality home life to first time home owners that is cheaper, accessible and convenient to them.
