Woman arrested at home on theft charges

Police arrested a 41-year-old woman on theft charges at her home in No. 14 Paseo Annette St., Maria Luisa Village, barangay Banilad, Cebu City.

Marites Lambert is detained by virtue of an arrest warrant issued by Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 28 Judge Mercedita Dadole- Ygnacio.

SP04 Riolito Jacalan, investigator of the Mabolo police, said Lambert can post bail at P80,000. Jacalan said Lambert kept silent over her case, preferring to let her lawyer handle it.
