A man was arrested after stabbing a seven-year-old boy in the mouth in barangay Poblacion West, Moalboal town in Cebu Friday evening.
The boy identified his assailant as 32-year-old Dino Baynosa. Police said prior to the incident, the boy allegedly took the candy of Baynosa’s relative.
On learning of the incident, Baynosa grabbed the boy and force him to open his mouth using a knife. The suspect however claimed he only choked the victim.
