The militant transport group Pagkakaisa ng mga Samahan ng Tsuper at Opereytor Nationwide (Piston) Cebu confirmed that they will push through with their whole day rally tomorrow.

They warned the commuters to stay at home as they expect 300 of their members to join their rally.

Public utility vehicle (PUV) drivers will start marching from Maguikay, Mandaue City to the office of Land Transportation Office (LTO-7) and Cebu City Traffic Operations Management (Citom) both in Cebu City.

Joy Tumulak, Citom operations chief, also advised the public to postpone their activities tomorrow.

“This is to prevent them from being stranded in case if there’s transport paralysis. But the city government is trying its best to prevent transport paralysis,” he said.
