Boy charged for rape

A COMPLAINT for statutory rape was filed against a 17-year-old boy accused of raping three minors in Lapu-Lapu City.

The boy was accused of repeatedly raping his two step sisters aged six and seven and his three-year old niece.

The boy denied the accusations against him.

The boy was adopted by the victims’ mother, who found him wandering in the street when she went to Tacloban City after the supertyphoon Yolanda struck.

The boy claimed he no longer have parents, prompting the parents to adopt him.
